Today, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda met with the Ambassador of Iran to Tajikistan Alireza Haghighian.
Abdullozoda mentioned the mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of health and social protection of the population.
It was expressed hope that cooperation between the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran will be further strengthened.
The parties discussed the expansion of cooperation in various sectors of healthcare and social protection of the population, including training of Tajik doctors, introduction of new methods of diagnosis and treatment in the field of medicine, use of native medicinal herbs and other issues of mutual interest.
