On June 5, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Shodikhon Jamshed met with specialists from the Center for Joint Cooperation under the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
Jamshed noted that in recent years, cooperation between Tajikistan and China in the field of health and social protection of the population has achieved significant success.
In particular, China provided great assistance and support to the healthcare industry of Tajikistan during the coronavirus pandemic, and this cooperation opened a new page for achieving a new development of bilateral relations.
As part of the working visit, the guests also transfer medical equipment to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Specialists of the Center for Joint Cooperation under the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China visited Dushanbe at the suggestion of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population to conduct eye surgery.
