The Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan Jamoliddin Abdullozoda paid a working visit to Tursunzoda on May 17 in order to get acquainted with the activities of health care institutions.
While on his trip, Jamoliddin Abdullozoda visited the Central Hospital and primary health care of Tursunzoda and met with the city’s chief doctors.
The meeting focused on the issues relating to the improving medical services, providing hospitals and patients with medical supplies, taking additional measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and in this regard to strengthen awareness among the population and other issues.
Following the meeting, Jamoliddin Abdullozoda gave specific instructions to the responsible persons to eliminate the existing shortcomings and problems of the sphere.
